At no point was an actual address provided to us, instead only directions to the Ashbrook Condos. Give the large amount of snow in town and the late hour of the day (after dark) we had decent amount of difficultly locating the property. The thermostats do not work properly. If set above 55 it was very hot in the unit, if set below 55 it was cold. The front door did not latch, had to use the deadbolt to keep it closed. The bedroom floor was not vacuumed properly-there were pills on the floor. Our place was clean and had everything we needed, and I was thrilled that it wasn't too fancy so I could relax about my 3 small children being there. One of the beds had some kind of crumbs in it. Toilet flusher was malfunctioning 50% of the time. Overall Ranking out of 5		Comments: First of all InIdaho.com was fantastic. The unit was dirty and they sent someone out right away and cleaned it. The unit does need some heavy cleaning and the appliances are horrible. The unit is tired and everything is worn out such as seating, beds and bedding. Dont even try and use the washer and dryer.
