The main complaint was the shower. There was no water pressure what so ever. I love the history, the romance, the building itself, the decor, the food: having a drink in the Duchin Room - always a highlight. The outdoor pool on a cold winter night - heaven. The staff at the lodge is also to be commended for great service. I booked the room for a 'concert night' so had limited selection and paid full price.
