The staff was quick to respond to any queries I had. Instructions and packet were complete and easy to follow. We had no TV/Cable service when we arrived. A phone call to one of the staff (Diane) listed under the emergency numbers solved the problem: she contacted the property manager and coordinated a time to repair the issue. My only suggestion would be to contact the cleaning staff and remind them to clean the glass doors, both balcony and screen door, with Windex to eliminate the fingerprints and smudges. (Clean glass makes the whole place look cleaner). |
