Comments: Your hand off to Wyndam was not real smooth. Wyndam seemed a bit disorganized when we stopped by their office to check in. When we got to the unit the twin beds (which we needed as twin beds per my discussions with InIdaho) were made up as a king bed. I called Wyndam. they tried to make it sound like that was what was ordered. Wyndam backed away from this position at this point when I told them that was not the case. Wyndam called the housekeeper. She made a special trip back. She was not happy. She asked Wyndam why they didn't tell her how the beds were to be configurated and they told her it was her responsibility to ask Wyndam how to configure the beds. The housekeeper for this unit is an employee of the unit owner and not Wyndam so Wyndam doesn't make it easy on her. This didn't bother our trip but you might not have the same response from others who use InIdaho as their gateway to housing.
