Comments: I would like to see someone on site to assist with various customer needs. The land line phones did not work and there were no phone books. We found that our provided supplies ran out (toilet paper, soap, etc.) and we had to go out and purchase some. The remote controls for the main TV didn't work because the batteries were old so we had to go out a purchase some. We also couldn't get the stereo system to work. For the price we paid we expected everything to be in tip top shape.
