We had our reservations changed twice and we didn't even know about the second change until I called to pay the balance 2 weeks before our reservation. I was told we were moved to a place that was "definitely" an upgrade. Other than being on the lake, It was not a better facility. I've never had any complaints with your services in that last 4 years and I will most definitely use you again. My trust level is not so good and I will probably do a lot more checking up on my reservations in the future. (From InIdaho staff: Thank you very much for your comments and we will work to improve our services. Management companies do have to move guests rarely but we do not have control over these unfortunate circumstances.) |
