Description:
Nestled on the banks of the Middle Fork Payette, surrounded by lush gardens, the Riverside Bungalow is an amazing place to enjoy the serenity of the mountains. This unique bungalow accommodates up to four guests in two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and one bathroom located between the bedrooms. There is a kitchenette, a dining area, and a snug living area.
Cozy and comfy as the bungalow is, you won't be spending much time indoors. Step outside to the sprawling lawn that runs all the way to the river. Eat and relax at one of the outdoor tables, try your hand at a game of horseshoes, or relax around the fire pit while the kids splash in the river and play on the exposed beach area.
Pets are welcome, but limited to 2 dogs and when inside, they must be crated.
Things to Note: This bungalow is an in-law-type unit on another property. Occupants of the main house may or may not be in residence at the time of your stay. Either way, the area between the cabins and the river is open to all. Please do not disturb the other residents at this serene location. With this home, you will get a discount to the Terrace Lakes Geothermal Swimming Pool. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: All reservations require a 50% deposit. If your reservation is cancelled for any reason, you will be charged a non-refundable $50.00 fee. If you cancel 61 or more days prior to arrival, you will receive a refund, less a $50.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, your total balance becomes non-refundable. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure. There are NO refunds if you NO-SHOW. (May vary with packages)
