Runaway to The Bear's Lair cabin for the ultimate private getaway. This cabin is fantastically placed to enjoy the serenity of the mountains. Accommodate up to six guests comfortably in three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

At the ground level entry, you'll find the large living area with a propane fireplace, to keep you cozy on those chilly nights, and a large ROKU TV for streaming. Also on this level is the master bedroom, which consists of a king bed and an en-suite bathroom for extra privacy.

Upstairs, you will find another living area, the perfect place to gather and enjoy the fabulous views from the many windows. Meal prep is easy in the fully stocked kitchen and the dining area seats six with additional counter seating at the pass-thru bar. Completing the upper level is the second and third bedrooms, one with a full and the other with a queen bed, a shared bathroom, and the laundry room.

Outside, on the upper level, is a deck with plenty of seating and a BBQ grill. Another deck, just off the dining area is the perfect coffee spot and has easy access down to the seasonal fire pit. The Bear's Lair is pet-friendly and has a fenced area for your furry friends with a doggie door! Enjoy the fabulous peace and quiet of the fresh mountain air in the two hanging swings and watch the rest of your group battle it out with a fun corn hole game. Gather round the fire pit for telling of spooky tales and s'mores.

Things to Note: There is an A/C unit on each level. With this home, you will get a discount to the Terrace Lakes Geothermal Swimming Pool. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
