Description:
Located in Terrace Lakes, this rustic cabin is the ideal place to get away! Close to golf, swimming, and the Terrace Lakes Lodge, this cabin has easy access to all of Garden Valley's recreation and activities. This home consists of one-and-a-half bedrooms and two baths that can accommodate up to seven guests. Surrounded by tall pines, this cabin stays cool during the summer months, even without A/C, and the wood stove keeps it toasty in the winter months.
The main level has a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living area with tons of movies, a full bath, and a bedroom with a queen bed. The large loft has a cozy nook with a full bed, three single beds (or a twin and a bridged king), a TV, and a full bath.
Enjoy the covered front porch or the small deck in the yard for socializing and enjoying the quiet of the mountains.
Things to Note: Wood is provided in the winter months for the woodstove only. With this home, you will get a discount to the Terrace Lakes Geothermal Swimming Pool. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: All reservations require a 50% deposit. If your reservation is cancelled for any reason, you will be charged a non-refundable $50.00 fee. If you cancel 61 or more days prior to arrival, you will receive a refund, less a $50.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, your total balance becomes non-refundable. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure. There are NO refunds if you NO-SHOW. (May vary with packages)
