Description:
This is a 2320 sq. ft. home with five bedrooms and four bathrooms, a game room, and a private hot tub! You'll be just a short walk from downtown McCall and Payette Lake, but still tucked away in the woods to give you that private Idaho feel. There is a private back area with tons of space in a wooded setting with a seasonal fire pit and horseshoes!
The master bedroom has a king bed, along with two of the other bedrooms. The fourth bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. The last bedroom has a queen and double bed. While the bonus/game room has a foosball table and a futon for the last sleeping space, various bikes to ride, and an extra-large cooler in the garage to use while on the property.
Parking Notes: 2-car garage, with plenty of space to park your summer and winter toys and trailers. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
