Description:
The Aspenwood townhomes are located just off Howard Drive in the heart of Warm Springs only 1 block from the ski lifts.
This newly renovated unit 2019 is a 2 bedroom plus loft with 3 bathrooms to sleep 6. This unit is a short walk to the Warm Springs Lifts at Sun Valley and has mountain views.
Parking Notes: 1 in the garage and 1 additional space. The garage for Unit D is the one on the left. Please note, that the garage is small and will not accommodate a large SUV. There are 2 parking spots in the lot marked for Unit C, please know you may utilize 1 of these parking spots for unit D parking as both units are owned by the same person. There may be parking available at the River Run parking lot on 3rd Ave. in Ketchum, but it is not supervised and guests park at their own risk. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
