Description:
The Bellflower Pines home is located in the Spring Mountain Ranch development, near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. This home was built in 2003 and is great for a large family. There are 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a loft. The main floor has a kitchen with counter seating for 4 and a dining table that seats 6. There is a gas fireplace, and a large, Flat Screen TV with Cable, a DVD player, and Netflix streaming access. You'll enjoy a bright living room with large windows accompanied by forest and mountain views.
There are 2 master bedrooms, one is located on the main floor with a California King bed, a large TV with DVD and a private bathroom. There is also a half bathroom, located on the main level. The second master bedroom is upstairs with a Queen bed and an en-suite. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms are upstairs, as well as the third bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed. The 4th bedroom has a bunk bed, with a Full on the bottom and a twin bed on the top, and a separate Twin bed. The loft has a Queen sofa sleeper and 2 Twin futon chairs. There is also an air hockey table and electronic game system in the loft area to enjoy.
There are 3 spaces in front of the home for moderately sized cars. It is important to note that homes within the McCall city limits do not allow street parking at any time.
Please note this home does have a camera on the outside deck. This home sleeps 12 in beds but will allow up to 14.

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)

"The house was lovely, and easily fit 10 teenagers and 3 adults. Enough hot water for showers for all, and to do dishes also! The kitchen is well-stocked with basics, and lots of pots and pans-even 2 crockpots. It was nice to have a garage, as we were there during winter carnival and it snowed quite a bit. The one problem was that we couldn't get the sound bar to work on the TV in the living room. 1 or 2 boot dryers would be a nice addition in winter. Overall, however, it was a very nice stay. Thank you!"
