Description

The Sawtooth Condominiums are on Ritchie Drive in Warm Springs about 1 block to the ski lifts and close to the apres ski spots. Downtown Ketchum is about three miles away and can be reached via the free KART service which stops less than one block from the condominium.

"The unit was largely as advertised. That said, the hot tub clearly had not been cleaned in a long time and was somewhat disgusting. It got cleaned on my last day and the water was still cold from complete changeout. Some notes about amenities

Pets:Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
