Description:
This is a classic McCall home on the lake with amazing views, next to Rotary Park, and close to the famous Shore Lodge! This home is also very close to Albertsons grocery store and downtown McCall. There are three bedrooms and two baths that can accommodate up to eight guests. If you have a bigger group, consider booking "Almost Heaven", which is next door to Annie's Place. This is a great option to rent both homes for a 6.5-bedroom family getaway. These are two homes next to each other with a shared yard and shared dock on Payette Lake, making it great for larger groups. Annie's Place can accommodate up to eight guests - BOTH Annie's Place and Almost Heaven can accommodate up to twenty guests when booked together!

Cozy up to the fireplace downstairs and watch the snow fall in the winter; enjoy the back patio and dock in the summer months. There are TVs with Roku for streaming shows and movies.

The master bedroom consists of a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a full-over-full bunk bed. There is a sofa sleeper downstairs in the second living room for extra sleeping space.

Parking Notes: Access to a small garage with parking in front of the garage as well.

Things to Note: The yard space and dock are shared with the home next door, "Almost Heaven".

This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
