Description:
Unpack and relax at this quiet and contemporary, two-story condo tucked away at the base of Teton Pass. Enjoy mountain and valley views and plenty of wide-open spaces at this wonderful home where you'll find a lower-level great room featuring a well-equipped, island kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counter seating, a dining table for 6, and a living area with a plush sofa and a 56" flatscreen TV for streaming (with own account) your favorite channels.

Both bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the upper level. There is a half bathroom on the main floor.

Step outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air while you toss a few burgers on your charcoal grill and dine on the furnished patio or head out to hike or ride bikes on the expansive trail systems nearby.

There are 2 ceiling fans in this home - one in each bedroom.

Parking Notes: You may park 2 vehicles in front of the garage of your designated unit. An additional vehicle may park directly behind the one in front of the garage.

This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
