The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood nestled in the foothills of Bald Mountain, just two miles outside of downtown Ketchum. You'll be within walking distance of some of the best outdoor activities in the country, with hiking and biking, less than a mile from your front door.
With vaulted ceilings, rock finishes, and giant floor-to-ceiling windows, this home has an inviting, rustic aesthetic reminiscent of a mountain ski lodge. A wrap-around deck and a large stone patio offer plenty of room to soak in the great outdoors, and the private hot tub is a great way to warm up on chilly nights. Tucked back amongst the trees, you'll feel like you're miles away from civilization.
The huge stone hearth forms the centerpiece of the living room. Break out the game table to establish the newest family board game champion, or choose a film from the extensive DVD library for a cozy night in. Armchairs and sofas provide a comfortable space for everyone!
The foodie in your family will go crazy for the gourmet kitchen. After dinner, take advantage of the extensive counter space and whip up a batch of your favorite cookies - the perfect activity for a cold winter evening.
When it's time to turn in for the night, you'll get to take your pick of three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a TV armoire plus a wood-burning fireplace. Its private bathroom features a vibrant splash of color and a bathtub with hot jets for warming up after a day on the slopes. The other two bedrooms are further down the hallway. Each of those bedrooms has a queen bed, one of which includes a private en-suite bathroom. The last guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin trundle bed with an en-suite bathroom.
Parking Notes: 2 cars in the garage and 2 outside of the garage. Please note that the driveway has a steep slope, and 4x4 may be advised in the winter months. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
