Description:
This 2,700 sq.ft. home is situated on a full acre on the renowned Board Ranch Community in Warm Springs. This property is about 8 miles from town and a short walk from a fishing spot, with poles for adults and kids available at the home. In the winter, Warm Springs is just a few hundred yards away. Skiers have been known to even ski down the backside of Baldy all the way home!

The house has a casual, almost rustic feel that's great for families. It has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, giving you the capacity to sleep up to 10 people (6 adults maximum, please). There is a wood-burning fireplace and a large screen TV in the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Within the kitchen area, there is a breakfast nook for four, along with two extra seats at the breakfast bar. The dining area, located off the kitchen and open to the living area, will seat another six people.

The master bedroom, located on the main floor, has a king bed and en-suite bathroom. All other bedrooms are located upstairs. The second bedroom also has a king bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth has two twin beds and a sofa sleeper (great for children). Please note you do have to go through the room with a queen bed to get to the bedroom with the twin beds and sofa sleeper.

There are two decks, great for summer cook-outs! Completely stocked with Ping-Pong, flag football, badminton, frisbees, snowshoes, a Pack-n-Play, and a child's booster seat, this home is perfect for families of all sizes and ages. You'll also enjoy free Wi-Fi and Netflix-ready TV!

Parking Notes: The 3-car garage is available for guest use. There is additional parking in the driveway.
