$175 → Low Season Valid 9/16/23 - 12/15/23; 3/16/24 - 6/15/24; and 9/16/24 - 12/15/24
There is a steep driveway and 4WD is a must in the winter.

Description:
This cabin has been fully remodelled with hardwood floors and granite counter tops. All three bedrooms are located downstairs, plus a den/bonus room with a sofa sleeper (no closet in this room). There is a steep driveway and 4WD is a must in the winter. There is a filtered view of the lake but no lake access. This home has 2.5 bathrooms. A full bathroom with a tub and shower, 2nd bathroom with a shower and third is a half bath.
Parking is tight, but with smaller vehicles there should be room for 4 cars. There is enough parking for 2 cars around behind the home and possibly 2 cars in the front of the home (being mindful of not blocking the shared driveway). In the winter time there would only be enough room for 2 trucks. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: $50.00 bookkeeping fee if cancelled anytime per unit. 25% Deposit is due at the time of booking. If cancelled 30-14 days before arrival the first night's lodging and a $50.00 processing fee are non-refundable. Final payment is due 14 days before arrival, if cancelled 14 days or less before arrival full balance is forfeited. When booking 9 months or more in advance, a 60-day cancellation policy applies. If the reservation is cancelled outside of 60 days before the first night's lodging and $50.00 processing fee is non-refundable (no tax included). If the reservation is cancelled 60 days or less prior, the full amount of the reservation is non-refundable. Any changes before 60 days will be charged a $50.00 change fee. (May vary with packages)
Minimum Stay: 2-4 depending on season
Check In/Out: 3:00-5:00pm/11:00am
Check in Location: 805 North Third (Hwy 55). Next to McCall Brew Pub and 2 blocks south of the lake on the east side of road.
