An exceptional stay awaits at this beautiful home, located right on the McCall Golf Course! There are three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that will accommodate up to 7 guests. The primary bedroom and the first guest bedroom are both located on the main floor. The last bedroom is upstairs, this is the only room on the top floor.
Highlights include an electric fireplace to keep you cozy in the winter, high ceilings and large windows allowing lots of natural light, and a private hot tub on the spacious deck that overlooks Birch Course #2 of the McCall Golf Club. You'll love being located an easy walk from the Clubhouse, central McCall, Payette Lake, and several hiking trails in Ponderosa State Park.
Parking Notes: 4 parking spaces total, between the driveway and the garage. Trailer parking is available, but would need to be included in the total number of vehicles allowed.

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
