Description:
This fabulous getaway, located close to the National Forest on the Middle Fork of the Payette River, is the perfect place for a small group of friends or family to have a magical stay! Put in, or out, with your tubes, rafts, or kayaks right from the cabin for a leisurely float on the river.
This two-bedroom, one-bath cabin sleeps up to five guests comfortably. Bedroom one has a queen bed and bedroom two has a twin-over-full bunk bed. The light and bright living area provides gorgeous views of the river flowing by. The kitchen is fully stocked for prepping meals.
In good weather, enjoy the covered bar on the rear patio or make it a BBQ in the outside cooking area. The expansive lawn area between the cabin and the river is the ideal place for kids to play or spread a blanket and just relax. In the evenings, enjoy the seasonal fire pit and gather for tales of the day's adventures. Include some extra friends with the RV parking and designated leveled tent sites (extra charges apply to outside guests and must be pre-approved).
Some additional amenities include a large, outdoor kennel provided for your pet(s), two A/C units to keep cool during those warmer days, and Roku streaming. With this home, you will get a discount to the Terrace Lakes Geothermal Swimming Pool.

Cancellation Policy: All reservations require a 50% deposit. If your reservation is cancelled for any reason, you will be charged a non-refundable $50.00 fee. If you cancel 61 or more days prior to arrival, you will receive a refund, less a $50.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 60 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, your total balance becomes non-refundable. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of late arrival or early departure. There are NO refunds if you NO-SHOW. (May vary with packages)
