Description:
Cozy & Calm is great for a large family or group of friends of up to 16 guests to getaway. There are two homes that are side-by-side, giving everyone privacy and space. You'll have access to a Pack 'n Play, a jogging stroller, and a high chair.
CDA Cozy is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home that will sleep up to 6 people. Two bedrooms have a single queen bed, while the last bedroom has a double.
CDA Calm is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath home that can accommodate up to 10 guests. Two bedrooms consist of single queen beds, the third has a queen and a double bed, while the last bedroom is a smaller room and consists of a single twin bed.
These homes are within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and entertainment for all. Tubbs Hill, a short walk away, is ideal for pleasant hikes no matter the time of year. In the summer, Sanders Beach is less than a half-mile from your front door for sunbathing and swimming, while the Silverwood Theme Park is just 20 miles north, offering 65 attractions and rides.
If your group is not this large, you can always rent each home separately. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
