Orofino, Idaho is a small town packed with outdoor adventure. Located only 43 miles east of Lewiston and 71 miles southeast of Moscow, Orofino has activities for all seasons. The crystal-clear Clearwater River flows through Orofino and provides anglers with renowned Steelhead and Chinook Salmon fishing. Other summer activities include golfing at either of the areas two courses, geocaching (a great family activity), boating the river and hiking not to forget checking out Orofino's numerous festivals and historical sites. For winter, there are miles of trails for snowmobiling.
