Description:
Harper's Happy Place is wonderfully situated in the heart of Cascade. The main boat launch for Cascade Lake, the Lakefront Bar and Grill, the golf course, and downtown Cascade are just a short walk away! Besides the beautiful lake and golf course, there are several other local attractions nearby such as the historical downtown Roxy Theatre, Kelly's whitewater park, Cascade community recreation center/pool, and plenty of dining and shopping options. If that isn't enough, there are dozens of off-road ATV options, hiking, biking, zip-lining, free summertime outdoor concerts, winter snowmobiling, downhill and cross-country skiing, hot springs, fishing, river rafting, and more, all within a short distance!
This spacious two-story home can accommodate up to 10 guests. When you're worn out from playing hard, you can relax on the huge back deck for BBQs overlooking a grassy fenced yard that includes a seasonal fire pit. Inside, there is WiFi and a TV with Roku.
If you're planning for a larger group, let us know. We have two other cabins in the immediate area when combined with this property could accommodate many guests.
Things to Note: Wood is not provided for the fireplace. This home has exterior cameras that record motion and sound.

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
