All damages must be reported to manager by each guest immediately in order for the waiver to cover the damage. This Damage Waiver does NOT cover intentional damage, theft, or excessive cleaning, or any damage or flea infestation caused by a pet.

This 1672 sq. ft.2 level 2 level home is in the Timberlost neighborhood with golf cart path access just down the street. This home has a spacious living room, propane fireplace, and access to the back yard with a deck, firepit, and BBQ grill.
Downstairs has a guest bedroom with king bed and hall access to a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs is a lounge and sleeping loft with a futon, twin bed, sofa sleeper, and a treetop view of the wooded neighborhood. The loft also features a small, “Kids Clubhouse” play nook that makes a fun fort for little ones. Guests will find another bedroom on the upstairs level with queen bed and hall access bathroom with a jetted bathtub.
Note this home does not have garage access. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
