If the damage to the property exceeds covered amount, the guest is responsible for the balance and the pre-authorized credit card we have on file will be charged. All damages must be reported to manager by each guest immediately in order for the waiver to cover the damage. This Damage Waiver does NOT cover intentional damage, theft, or excessive cleaning, or any damage or flea infestation caused by a pet.

This lovely course front, executive home sits on the 6th green and has an expansive lawn and old growth Fir trees. There is a furnished, covered back deck with a gas grill for dining outdoors and a dog run across the grassy, open back yard.
Elegant living area with a gas fireplace and big screen TV with plenty of comfortable seating for gathering friends and family. The open floor plan allows easy access to the large dining room and spacious, well stocked kitchen.
Downstairs, you'll the first bedroom with a queen bed, Bunk set with Twin over Queen bed and a Twin trundle bed, television and games with a ladder access the loft space. There is a hallway access, full bathroom. Bedroom 2 has two Twin beds and an attached, full size bath.
The second level has an open, wood banister hallway that looks down into the living area and accessing the upstairs bedrooms. The Master Suite has a King bed with two Twin trundles and an attached bath with a Jacuzzi tub and a private access deck. Bedroom 4 also has a Queen bed and an attached bath.
Just ten minutes from back country access and lake, trophy fishing and five minutes from Ponderosa Park where you can enjoy cycling, hiking and swimming.

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)

"Fun location but loft railing is is need of major repairs- loose and broken spindles. Plenty of room for our family. Many items in the cabin are worn out and need replaced. "
