Come and relax at this private, newly constructed, four-bedroom retreat on 1.77 wooded acres just minutes outside of McCall. Situated on the outskirts of town off West Mountain Road, you will be surrounded by lush forest, and woodland wildlife, and are close enough to town for local conveniences.

Venture out to the spacious deck to relax in the quiet surroundings of the forest, enjoy the seasonal fire pit, soak in the private hot tub, or fire up the BBQ grill and enjoy your favorite refreshments with your friends and family.

This home offers plenty of amenities including board games, puzzles, PS4 w/games, and more. The home is located in a paved hilly subdivision ideal for walking and riding bikes, as well as 12 acres of common area pathways perfect for exploring, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing!

Things to Note: The king bed, as well as the queen beds in this home, are 8" longer than a normal king/queen bed. There are exterior cameras that record motion and sound. The four-wheelers are not available for guest usage.

Parking Notes: Trailer parking is available, as well as use of the garage.

This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: DOES NOT ACCEPT Amex or Discover. Must be at least 25 years old and be an occupant the whole stay. A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the stay (60 days if reserving a non-refundable property). If you cancel the reservation 60 days or more prior to the arrival date, a 5% penalty + $100 bookkeeping fee will apply. If you cancel on shorter notice than 60 days you will lose the entire reservation amount. NON-REFUNDABLE PROPERTIES include but are not limited to, Broken Ridge Ranch, Seasons at McCall, and all McCall lakefront properties: A deposit of 50% of the reservation total is due at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival day, which will be fully non-refundable at this time. No refund for late arrivals or early departures. (May vary with packages)
