Things to Know: The room attached to the main bedroom has its own A/C controls. There is a Ring doorbell facing the front door of the home.

Parking Notes: There is a driveway where 2 vehicles can park and street parking is available. The garage will only hold one car or a small SUV. The garage is small, particularly the height clearance (6' 6"), and will not allow a large SUV or pickup truck. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
