This luxury home was designed for memorable vacations, with gorgeous views of the river that follow you throughout the house. The gourmet kitchen is a natural gathering space, offering top-of-the-line appliances (including a professional-grade gas range and an extra-large refrigerator), high-end cookware, and an island with bar seating for four. You can mingle with your loved ones in the adjacent sitting area, flip on the TV in the living room as you cook, and set the dining room table for a sunset dinner overlooking the river and the surrounding mountains.

But the outdoor space is truly the heart of this home, whether you're swimming or setting sail from the private dock, preparing an al fresco dinner on the gas grill, or counting the evening stars from the bubbly warmth of the private hot tub. Things to Know: There is high-speed WiFi (with Google amplifiers throughout the home). Please respect the neighbors' privacy and quiet hours in this neighborhood. The dock has AC, power, and a water hose available, but you must bring your own ropes. There is no boat launch specific to the home. The water is over 10 feet deep and swimming is allowed. Guests will have full lake access.

Dock Details: Private dock that can accommodate multiple watercraft is located in the backyard of the home (a short walk away). This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
