The outdoor area features a large, seasonal fire pit, outdoor bathroom, and a huge water feature with a waterfall. The main house has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, with an open-concept floor plan connecting the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Framed by an impressive hearth, an electric fireplace offers a cozy ambiance in the living room. Relax fireside on the sofa bed while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the Smart TV. The full kitchen has been upgraded with all new stainless steel appliances, including an oversized farmhouse sink and dishwasher, so you can impress the group with delicious, homemade meals. A filtered water system adds convenience.

The primary bedroom includes a lavish en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower, a large soaking tub, and private access to an open-air deck overlooking the corral. The guest bedroom is adjacent to a full guest bath located in the hall.

The bunkhouse offers additional room for larger groups. Inside, you'll find a full bath and a bonus full kitchen (this one does not have a dishwasher). Watch movies from under the covers on the living-area sofa bed, or head up to the loft, where there's an inflatable mattress for extra sleeping space.

Things to Know: Horses are not permitted on the property. The wood stove in the bunkhouse is not for guest use. The main house has central heat/AC, while the bunk house has partial A/C and a space heater. There is an active doorbell security camera and two exterior cameras on the outbuilding behind the home.

Parking Notes: There is parking for several vehicles in the driveway of the main home. There is parking for 1 vehicle on the north side of the bunk house.

If you have a smaller group, this home can be rented as just the main house or just the bunkhouse. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
