Description:
This home consists of 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people. You will be situated on the fairway of a beautiful private golf course, creating a gorgeous view out the back! There is a private hot tub, where you will be able to unwind and take the scenery in or enjoy relaxing around the propane fire table while enjoying some barbecue in this beautifully landscaped backyard.
Inside, there is a fully stocked kitchen that has all the kitchen utensils you'll need to make a meal for everyone. The living room has a gas fireplace that you can cozy up to during those colder nights.
There is an entrance to the Boise Greenbelt one street over, and the Veteran's Memorial Park is an 8-minute drive. Continue east along State Street and you'll find yourself in the heart of downtown Boise, where there are plenty of restaurants, movie theaters, the Boise Zoo, and loads of entertainment.
This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
