Enjoy this beautiful home that is ideal for summer or winter retreats. This gorgeous mountain home sits on the threshold of the woods with plenty of property to play on. In the summer you'll find no shortage of activities to indulge in; a golf course is nearby, as well as horseback riding, hiking, fishing, mountain biking, kayaking, paddleboarding, and so much more! In the winter, the home acts as a home base for all of your winter entertainment for skiing and snowmobiling.
Inside you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light throughout. An open-concept floor plan offers plenty of comfortable furniture around the stone-stacked fireplace, which hosts a large TV on its mantle. Prepare amazing home-cooked meals in the full kitchen with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a large kitchen island, and plenty of cupboard and counter space.
The master bedroom, with a king bed, is on the main floor. Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the last bedroom has a queen bed and a twin-over-double bunk bed.
Enjoy grilling during those summer nights or gather around the seasonal fire pit outside.
Parking Notes: There is a garage for 2 vehicles. There is also parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway or a trailer. There is no street parking allowed.
Things to Note: There is a security camera at the front entrance, driveway, and back deck. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
