On top of being close to everything in McCall, this house has all you will need to feel right at home while up in the mountains of Idaho. Get around town with ease on the four adult bikes or stay home and play a board game while keeping cozy while the woodstove crackles. The outdoor, seasonal firepit is also the ideal place for everyone to commune at nighttime for great conversation and stargazing.
There are 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms within this home. The master bedroom is located on the main floor, while the other two bedrooms are located upstairs. The full bathroom is downstairs and the half bathroom is located upstairs between bedrooms two and three.
This home is only three blocks from the McCall Pancake House & Christmas House, one of the town's best places to eat and grab some quality Christmas decor. The center of downtown McCall is less than a mile away with the popular Mile High Marina just a little over a mile away. There, you can enjoy the beaches and waters of Payette Lake.
Parking: There are 4 dedicated parking spaces; including 1 vehicle in the garage and up to 3 others outside.

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
