This custom cabin, located in McCall's coveted Spring Mountain Ranch, is perfect for groups or a large family. The fireplace will keep you cozy on those chilly summer nights and cold winter days. There is a fireplace in the main living room, the lounge area, and the master bedroom.

There are three levels to this beautiful home. On the lower level, you will find the media area with a flat-screen TV and a twin over a double bunk bed. There is a wall separation between the media and lounge areas, but no door. You will also have access to a full bathroom, with a jetted tub and shower stall.

The main level consists of the living room, kitchen, bedrooms two and three, laundry room, and a full bathroom with dual vanity. Bedroom two has a king bed and bedroom three has two queen beds.

The third level consists of the master's quarters with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and private deck access.

There is also a separate bedroom that is located above the garage with a king bed.

The spacious outdoor balconies offer a great place for relaxing and entertaining for your whole group!

Parking Notes: Up to 5 vehicles. A boat/snowmobile trailer is allowed. Room in the driveway for 1 small trailer is included in the number of total vehicles.

This home includes a membership to the Spring Mountain Ranch Clubhouse with access to a seasonal pool, hot tub, sauna, workout room, and tennis courts.

This whole home has A/C, with the exception of the one-bedroom that is located over the garage. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
