The living area has two areas, a sitting area in front of the warm, stone hearth and gas fireplace plus a sectional leather sofa in front of the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The dining area and fireplace sitting area flow into one another making for great entertaining space. The kitchen is beautiful and clean with marble counter tops, plenty of work space, brand new stainless steel appliances including standard and convection ovens and a five-burner gas stove. The laundry room is located just off the kitchen with new washer/dryer and a sink.

This home has four private bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating 8 guests in comfort. Two bedrooms are located downstairs, each with a Queen bed and shared access to a hallway bathroom. Upstairs you'll find another guest room with a Queen bed and hall-access bathroom with soaking tub. The luxurious "Owner's Suite" is also upstairs and features a King bed, huge walk-in closet (still being worked on) and a spectacular master bath with it's own gas fireplace, custom walk-in shower, double vanity plus two soaking tubs! This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
