Description:
The Peaceful Ponderosa features three-and-a-half bedrooms and two bathrooms with space enough for eleven guests. Contemporary cabin stylings and a convenient location close to year-round recreation and attractions make this the perfect home base for a relaxing getaway. Serene treetop views abound from the covered balcony, and a gas grill is included for family barbecues. A plush sofa chair and leather recliners provide plenty of comfort in the living area and a Smart TV is equipped for casual home entertainment. The stainless steel kitchen comes ready for home cooking. The home is only four miles from downtown bars, shops, restaurants, and the lakefront Legacy Park. McCall Golf Club and Ponderosa State Park are each within a five-mile radius.

Cancellation Policy: To reserve a property everyone must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some areas, the age requirement may be higher. Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Receive a refund of any payments you've already made (less a $50 booking fee plus the property manager's booking fees plus tax) when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to the check-in day. No refunds of any kind if you cancel within 30 days of check-in. No refunds of any kind will be granted for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures. Trip insurance is recommended. On Average there is a 12% - 15% booking fee + tax for any cancellations. (May vary with packages)
