Description:
This spacious mountain home features 4.5-bedrooms and 3.5-bathrooms with a max occupancy of 12 guests (6 adults maximum per owner's request). Guests will enjoy the golf course location with access to Spring Mountain Ranch amenities such as a seasonal pool and tennis courts.

The home is 3-levels. The main floor has high ceilings, a large living room with lots of windows from which to enjoy the view, a dining area, and an open kitchen. A beautiful rock-faced propane fireplace provides extra warmth and ambiance as you relax on the leather couch. The dining table has seating for 6 guests plus extra seating at the large kitchen island. The kitchen has great space for preparing meals plus stainless steel appliances. Just off the living room, step through the glass doors to the large deck with a golf course and pond view. During the warmer months, there is a gas BBQ and patio furniture. The private hot tub can be found on the lower level covered patio.

The master bedroom is located on the main floor with a queen bed and a full en-suite bathroom. The upper level features two additional guest rooms - one with a full-sized bed and the other with a twin-over-full bunk. There is also a full bath located upstairs for these rooms to share. The open loft area provides a quiet sitting area for reading or catching up online with the WIFI. The lower level is a bright daylight basement with a queen bedroom and a small, private living area with a TV and daybed - perfect for anyone wanting their own space. This level also features its own outdoor entrance and access to the patio w/hot tub.

Please note: This home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in the Good Neighbor Protection Program. Smart home technology will alert the property manager if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing the manager to reach out directly with a friendly reminder rather than risking a noise complaint from a neighbor. This technology is privacy compliant and only monitors the presence of high noise decibels and devices - not any personal conversations or information. The home does have exterior video surveillance. There are 4 dedicated parking spaces for this home. You may park in the driveway, no more than four small vehicles will fit. No garage access. There is no street parking at any time, and no trailer parking - sorry. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".
