This lovely home is located in the desirable Bitterroot neighborhood, situated between Ketchum and Sun Valley. It is only a four-minute walk to downtown restaurants, bars, and shopping by taking the neighborhood bridge across Trail Creek. It is the perfect combination, providing a quiet mountain retreat with easy access to both downtown Ketchum and the Sun Valley Lodge.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The master has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen. As a bonus, there are two twin beds in the loft area. Two additional bedrooms are located downstairs, one with a queen and the other with a full bed. These bedrooms each have a separate full bath.

The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line, new appliances and plenty of seating for the whole family. The adjoining living room features a gas-burning fireplace and large windows bringing in lots of light and a view of Bald Mountain in the distance. You can enjoy the expansive deck off the kitchen/dining room for outdoor entertaining and your summer cookout on the gas grill. There is also a large family room with a flat-screen TV and a full bath, which is located on the lower level.

Parking Notes: For your convenience, there is one stall available for guest parking in the attached garage.
