"A spacious apartment with generous inclusions and luxury facilities including a heated garage and a gas-fire place in the main bedroom. Multiple bathrooms and a full laundry were appreciated by our large family group. Effective Wifi available and plenty of room to relax and socialise including in the heated pool and jacuzzi. Lovely outlook from the balcony. Conveniently located near the River Run lodge , as well as being close to bus stops where the free shuttle bus can be taken to Ketcham shopping precinct and the ski runs at Dollar Mountain and Warm Springs. Some notes about amenities

Pets:Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
