Description:
This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home has four queen beds, allowing you to sleep up to 8 guests. The home features an open floor plan as you enter with lots of light shining through the vaulted windows. There is a propane fireplace in the living room that you can cozy up to on those colder days. There is a 55" Smart TV with cable and streaming capabilities. There are also TVs in the master bedroom and another downstairs bedroom with Netflix, Hulu with Live TV, Disney, and ESPN. The upstairs bedroom has a DVD/CD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped so preparing meals will be simple. There is a crock-pot, blender, Keurig coffee maker, as well as a standard drip coffee maker for guests to use. When it's time to sit down to eat, the dining table will seat up to six and there are four extra seats at the breakfast bar.
There are two bedrooms and one bathroom located on the main floor. This bathroom is connected to the master bedroom but is also the shared bathroom for the main floor. As you head upstairs, you will see the loft area with a little seating area. The last bedroom is located upstairs with two beds in one room. The second bathroom is also located upstairs.
Enjoy extra amenities such as Wi-Fi, a 2-car garage, and a rock patio that faces the lake. There are filtered lake views from the property.
Things to Note: There is no lake or dock access with this home. This home is professionally managed for quality, not "by owner".

Cancellation Policy: $50.00 bookkeeping fee if cancelled anytime per unit. 25% Deposit is due at the time of booking. If cancelled 30-14 days before arrival the first night's lodging and a $50.00 processing fee are non-refundable. Final payment is due 14 days before arrival, if cancelled 14 days or less before arrival full balance is forfeited. When booking 9 months or more in advance, a 60-day cancellation policy applies. If the reservation is cancelled outside of 60 days before the first night's lodging and $50.00 processing fee is non-refundable (no tax included). If the reservation is cancelled 60 days or less prior, the full amount of the reservation is non-refundable. Any changes before 60 days will be charged a $50.00 change fee. (May vary with packages)
