About Fish Haven:
Fish Haven is an unincorporated community in Bear Lake County, Idaho, United States. It is located along the shores of Bear Lake, 4 km (2.5 miles) north of the Utah border. The community was originally named Rush Creek, but was renamed Fish Haven in 1867 because of the abundance of fish in the lake.
Fish Haven is a popular tourist destination, known for its fishing, boating, swimming, and camping. The community is also home to a number of historical sites, including the Paris Tabernacle, the National Oregon/California Trail Center, and the Bear Lake Caves.
Bear Lake is a large freshwater lake located on the border of Idaho and Utah. The lake is known for its clear water, sandy beaches, and abundant fish population. Bear Lake is a popular destination for fishing, boating, swimming, and camping.
