Not true, they have friendly staff and good service. There was an old burn mark in one of the chairs and it seemed very gloomy. Otherwise ok. Overall Ranking out of 5		Comments: No air conditioning. Window had to be open to cool off the room and therefor everyone who walked by the room got to view in your room. Very noisey from outside, down the boardwalk and from above. Also the tops of the headboard needed dusting. We ate breakfast at the restaurant - everything but the omlet was burnt. Overall Ranking out of 5		Mountain Village Resort product reviewed:  Standard 2 Queen Room Comments: This was our 2nd stay and the view is still spectacular, staff very courteous, friendly and helpful. The hot tub is a bonus at the end of the day! We had a suite this stay and the rooms were comfortable, quiet & clean. Only downside (if it is a necessity) was the poor internet connection.
