They went out of their way to accomodate us, including coming back to the hotel at 2 a.m. to break up a party outside our room. The thing that didn't work for us is that the room was very, very hot and we had to leve the windows open. There is no air conditioning. The noise from the traffic was i ncredibly loud. She went way over the top to help out the French team we were with. If we are ever in the area again, we will stay at Brundage Inn. The clerk leaves sometime after 6pm, so when I found the cable didnt' work during Playoffs, I was a litte torked. I even called the number left on the door and they never called me back. I told them about it when checking out the next morning and they "offered" compensation, but never got anything.
