They probably need to pay more attention to their pool facilities as they could have used some cleaning and checking of water conditions. We chose not to use them. The bed was very comfortable. Overall Ranking out of 5		Comments: We got a last minute cancelation so we were able to enjoy the Ice Festival. The walk around town allowed us to see everything, then we enjoyed great dinner at one of McCalls great restaurants. We topped off the evening by spending some time in the Hot Tub at Best Western. The facilities just aren't up to what I expected when I stay at a Best Western. Staff were helpful, room was clean.
