With 2 levels of living space, our son and wife had privacy as did we. The short walk to town and recreational activities were geographically perfect for easy access to everything. We were missing a few essentials-washcloths, coffee filters. The location, right uphill from the power boat marina and adjacent to the large parking area, was very noisy until midnight, as we were there on a busy weekend. The location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere we went in town. We had a great time and plan to return next year. I would reccomend mill ct. to anyone. We rented pontoon for a day and easily walked to the marina dock across street.
