Overall Ranking out of 5		Mountain Village Resort product reviewed:  Standard 2 Queen Room Comments: It was hot in Stanley, perhaps unusually so, and there was no air-conditioning. Windows for cooling night air can be opened at the expense of lots of noise and lack of privacy, as the place is very active at all hours of the day and night (due to early rafting and hiking expeditions and late-night hotspring use) and people have to pass by each other's rooms to get to their own. The rooms were clean, but we didn't get much sleep, and getting a 2-year-old to sleep with all the commotion was quite a feat. Pet dander caused allergic reaction of child. Dogs barked at night. For the price, I would expect better construction. The fan in our bathroom emitted a horribly loud screeching noise for about 8-10 minutes after it was turned on - we just left it on whenever we were in the room. There was also only enough hot water for one person to bathe/shower.
