If the other Inn's had been open for rooms we would have moved to a different location. The rooms were not ready and the bathroom was broken in the lobby. Our rooms were not going to be ready until 4 pm so we asked to eat our lunch in the lobby. We had to kill time so all of us (15) stayed in the area where you eat and after a little bit, the rude front desk person said, well our staff is hungry and you need to move because they are waiting on you to eat their lunch. All in my party felt like she did it in a very rude way. The rooms were clean and awesome. Our neighbors were partying and loud, but not till all hours of the night thank goodness! Our room was clean and the coffee in the lobby was good, only powdered creamer though, Yuck! We did not have breakfast any day, but they had a great variety of snacks and drinks in the vending machine. I would stay again. There were only two other persons ahead of me in line, but the desk clerk was having difficulty with her work. However, she apologized a couple of times for the delay to those standing in line while she fumbled around with the computer and answered the telephone numerous times. When I complained that there was no remote control for the TV in my room, one couldn't be found and I was told that I would have to do without one. A slight inconvience for most, but a greater problem for a handicapped person. When I asked if I could have a 30 minute extension on the 11a.m. check out time so I could go to Church before I checked out, my request was granted after an unfriendly response from the clerk on duty Sunday morning.
