Overall Ranking out of 5		Shore Lodge product reviewed:   Comments: great location on the lake, facility is beautiful but very masculine...could benefit from attentive support staff, lower prices (i went off season and price was not appropriate for what I got), flowers in the lobby to brighten up the place...i've paid the same amount for B&Bs in Maine, British Columbia during high time and the the service, value were far superior out of state for same price. I didnt' even have a hair dryer in my room, and the one I got didn't plug in well. The location and amenities are first rate. The food was outstanding. The room was very comfortable. and beautifully appointed. Overall Ranking out of 5		Comments: building and grounds were excellent! service for the room price was well below par. we had reserved a crib, no crib when we got there. they didnt know if they had one. this certainly is not what a person wants to hear after 14 hours of travelling to a hotel with this high of a room rate. eventually one was found. house keeping had to be brought back in to reclean the filthy commode that was left for us upon arrival. waitress service- extremely slow. it appeared that they were completely under staffed. again at this price this should not have occured. had a constant problem with the room key that would deactivate. to end this seemingly bad review on a positive, this is a very very beautiful place and is the spot to be. we would certainly stay here again and hope that we just hit them at a bad time.   Good Value Met Expectations Do Again out of three out of three out of three View Rob's review of InIdaho.com's service

Overall Ranking out of 5		Comments: Excellent service at a beautiful hotel on a wonderful lake. We enjoyed the hotel beach and docks for play. The hotel private Movie theatre was a great treat for the young and older of our party. We especially found the Upper Pavillion meeting room to be an outstanding choice for our event. We had a fantastic time in a wonderful part of this world. We were riding the Harleys and were not allowed to eat in the dining room which we found a little offensive. I do not think we would spend that kind of money for evening. They had almost no guests which made it difficult for them to be properly staffed.
