Overall Ranking out of 5		Comments: Overwhelming Potpurri in room matched the goddy decor of the suite, No access to large hot tub pictured and referred to in liturature. Staff was pleasant and helpful, room and hotel were neat and clean. One round of golf for two at the regular price was nearly the same as we paid for two nights and two rounds of golf for two. The room was spacious and nicely decorated, the staff friendly and helpful. A few problems we experienced: a broken water pipe, no water for one evening we stayed, the parking was very poor. The atmosphere was dark and deserted, felt like there was nobody there. No TV in bedroom, no ice machines on first floor, and the prices was too expensive for no amenities. Now please keep in mind we traveled in the winter, for the Winter Carnival, so I expect some things to happen, However, if they intend on charging for high end accomadations I expect to have them!   Good Value Met Expectations Do Again out of three out of three out of three View Ken and Debra's review of InIdaho.com's service

The room was not yet ready but that evening they made it up to us by free soda drinks,and also the water for some reason quit working but again they let us know and we where able to other plans so it all worked out in the end. Any thing that we needed they where right there to provide. I would like to stay there more, but even though the rooms are very nice and the staff very helpful and happy, it is a little pricey for people living in Idaho. The heating in the rooms is also below standard - the sitting room never got warm (door to deck was in dire need of weather strip) and the only way to keep the bed area warm was to run the electric heating unit continuously - problem with that is the unit is loud.   Good Value Met Expectations Do Again out of three out of three out of three View Tom's review of InIdaho.com's service
