Comments: I would have liked it if the person I talked to on the phone knew more about the layout in Elkhorn -- like where unit 2775 is in relation to other units and where in Elkhorn in general -- perhaps you could get them a map of all the condos. (Like 2775 was an end unit and there were no condos between it and the golf course -- which was great but they couldn't have told me that.) Also, I was very leary of the line on your agreement form that said if there was any damage done to the property, the property manager would have the final say. I have no idea if the property management is fair or if they're in the business of trying to rip people off -- so I would prefer that line be re-written to just say the renter is responsible for damages or something more vague like that.
