Comments: When we arrived the reservation in their system was for June 19 instead of June 18. Somehow it was entered wrong. Fortunately, they were still able to accomodate us and we ended up with a jaccuzi suite for the same money. They went out of their way, in my opinion, to make sure we had a room. As I stated above, I don't know what happened but the reservation and confirmation that I received from InIdaho.com was June 18th. When I got to the hotel, they had it in their system for the 19th. Perhaps some additional checking or receiving a confirmation back from the place people are booking to stay would be an additional check. It would be really bad for people to drive for hours and then have no place to stay because there was miscommunication between InIdaho and the place being booked for lodging.
